What we treat
What We Treat
We don't quiet the signal. We read it. Root-cause medicine for men and women who know something is wrong and are ready to find out what.
Most people who find us have been through the same thing: years of doctor visits, labs that come back “normal,” and symptoms that never go away. The fatigue gets explained away. The brain fog gets dismissed. The weight gain gets blamed on discipline. Women are told it's stress, or aging, or something to accept. Men are told their levels are normal for their age.
The problem is the same either way: the right questions were never asked. The problem is the panel.
When nothing changes, most people assume the problem is them. It is not. That's what we fix.
Dr. Aren Nilsson, D.C., Founder
Three thousand years ago, people traveled from every corner of the ancient world to consult the Oracle at Delphi. They came with questions about their health, their future, their purpose. Carved above the temple entrance were two words: Know Thyself.
That idea still guides everything we do. At Delphi Wellness, we believe the most powerful thing you can do for your health is to actually understand your own biology. Not guess. Not assume. Know. Through advanced blood chemistry analysis, hormone panels, and functional diagnostics, we give you the clarity that conventional medicine skips over.
Your body has been sending signals for years. We help you hear them.

The Delphi Difference
Three things that define how we practice.
Root-Cause Approach
Most doctors just treat symptoms. Antidepressants for mood. Stimulants for fatigue. A prescription for every complaint, and no one asking why the complaints keep coming. We do. Every protocol starts with the question: what is this body trying to tell us? Finding that answer is the whole job.
Clinical Model
Every Delphi patient gets the same thing: a team looking at it from every angle. Dr. Nilsson brings the functional medicine lens and deep blood chemistry analysis. Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, manages your medications, runs your consultations, and serves as your primary clinical contact. Dr. Ann Drayton, M.D., provides physician oversight with over 30 years of clinical experience, including an OB/GYN background that strengthens our care for female patients. This is collaborative, integrated medicine. Not a prescription service wearing the mask of personalized care.
Knowledge as Medicine
The Oracle at Delphi's command was not "know your doctor." It was "know yourself." That is the operating principle here. You will understand your blood work, your hormones, and your protocols. We walk you through every lab result, explain what each marker means, and show you why we chose your specific protocol. Our goal is to make you so informed about your own biology that you need us less over time. That is not how most clinics operate. It is how this one does.

About Us
Our Team
Dr. Aren Nilsson was diagnosed with severely low testosterone at 19. Bilateral patellar tendon ruptures nearly ended his ability to practice as a chiropractor. Peptide therapy saved his career. After 13+ years of optimizing his own health and helping others do the same, he built Delphi to be the place people can go to get real answers and finally know themselves.
Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, spent years being told her labs were normal before discovering Hashimoto's thyroiditis and building her own protocol from scratch. Every member of this clinical team has been the patient first. That's not a talking point. It's why this practice exists.
The clinical team works collaboratively on every protocol. Kerrie serves as your primary prescribing clinician and day-to-day clinical contact. Dr. Ann Drayton, M.D., provides physician-level oversight with over 30 years of experience. You get a team, not a solo practitioner.

Your Path to Optimal Health
Three steps. No mystery about what happens next.
Discover
Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We listen to your symptoms, understand your history, and tell you honestly whether we can help. No pressure. No pitch. An honest conversation about where you are and whether our approach makes sense.
Diagnose
We run your full functional panel: hormones, thyroid cascade, metabolic markers, inflammatory signals, and micronutrient status. Over 20 markers where most primary care panels run 3-4. Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, then spends 60 minutes walking through every result with you. By the end of that call, you will understand your own biology in a way most people never do.
Heal
Your medications ship to your door from a licensed pharmacy. We monitor your progress with regular check-ins and follow-up labs, adjusting your protocol as your body responds. The goal is not just getting you into a reference range. The goal is feeling like yourself again. Energy that shows up in the morning. Clarity that doesn't need caffeine to maintain. Most patients describe a quiet moment around week 6 or 8 when they realize: this is what normal was supposed to feel like.
Free Guide
If your labs came back “normal” and you still feel terrible, this is why.
Most standard panels miss the markers that actually explain the picture: thyroid conversion, free testosterone, SHBG, cortisol, reverse T3. This guide covers the five tests we run that most doctors don't order, and why each one changes the answer. For men and women.
Patient Stories
From patients who were told their labs were normal.
“Perimenopause hit me like a wall. Hot flashes every hour, terrible sleep, 15 pounds out of nowhere. My OB said it was just part of getting older. Kerrie ran my full hormone panel, found my progesterone was nearly undetectable, and built a BHRT protocol that gave me my life back within six weeks.”

What does untreated look like?
Low Testosterone
Left unchecked, low T links to insulin resistance, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, and significantly elevated all-cause mortality risk. Bone mineral density loss after 30 is not fully reversible. The window to intervene is open now. It closes incrementally every year it goes unaddressed. This is not a quality-of-life issue only. It is a health issue.
Estrogen Decline
Estrogen is a master regulator in the brain: serotonin, dopamine, glutamate. When it drops and stays dropped, mood regulation, memory, and focus go with it. Bone mineral density declines steadily after menopause. Unlike muscle mass, that loss is not fully recoverable. The cardiovascular protection women carry before menopause disappears. The window to intervene with BHRT is real, but it narrows every year it goes unaddressed.
Thyroid Dysfunction
Hashimoto's progresses. Untreated autoimmune thyroid disease accelerates tissue destruction over time. “Normal” TSH while the immune system attacks the gland is not a stable situation. It is a slow deterioration with a paper trail of “everything looks fine.”
Metabolic Dysfunction
Insulin resistance typically goes undetected for a decade before it becomes diabetes. By then, cardiovascular damage is already underway. The window for reversal is real, but it closes. The right labs run ten years earlier change the outcome completely.
We share this not to frighten, but because these symptoms deserve real weight. The window to address them is open. That's why we're here.
What 90 Days Looks Like
For Her
“I didn't realize how bad it had gotten until I started feeling good again.”
She sleeps through the night. Real sleep. Not the shallow, interruptible kind that leaves her more tired than when she started. The hot flashes quiet. Energy shows up in the morning and stays. She finds words again. Feels sharp in the way she did a decade ago. Catches herself smiling for no reason. Her relationships shift. She's present. Her partner notices something different. She feels desire again, in her body, not just as a concept. She's not fighting aging anymore. She's aging on her own terms.
For Him
“I just feel good. This is the way life was meant to be lived.”
He wakes before his alarm. Not because he has to. Because he wants to start the day. The afternoon crash is gone. The fog that coffee couldn't cut is gone. He moves real weight in the gym again, and his body responds. His wife notices. His kids notice. He notices. The sharpness came back first. Then the drive. Then the body. At 90 days, most patients are fully optimized. At 12 months, the trajectory of their health has changed. Not managed. Changed.
