DELPHI
WELLNESS
Your body remembers how to heal. We illuminate the way.

Most people who find us have been through the same thing: years of doctor visits, labs that come back “normal,” and symptoms that never go away. The fatigue gets explained away. The brain fog gets dismissed. The weight gain gets blamed on discipline. When nothing changes, most people assume the problem is them. It is not. Usually, the right questions were never asked and the connections between symptoms were never made.

What we treat
What We Treat
We look at health through a different lens. Instead of masking symptoms, we investigate the root cause and build a protocol specific to your biology.
The body is not the enemy. It is the messenger.
Three thousand years ago, people traveled from every corner of the ancient world to consult the Oracle at Delphi. They came with questions about their health, their future, their purpose. Carved above the temple entrance were two words: Know Thyself.
That idea still guides everything we do. At Delphi Wellness, we believe the most powerful thing you can do for your health is to actually understand your own biology. Not guess. Not assume. Know. Through advanced blood chemistry analysis, hormone panels, and functional diagnostics, we give you the clarity that conventional medicine skips over. Your body has been sending signals for years. We help you read them.

The Delphi Difference
Root-Cause Approach
We do not prescribe a pill for every ill. We run in-depth diagnostics to find the actual source of dysfunction and address it directly: hormone panels, thyroid markers, metabolic indicators, and inflammatory biomarkers. Most clinics test three or four things. We routinely test twenty or more. The difference between masking a symptom and resolving it starts with asking better questions.

Clinical Model
Our clinical model pairs the deep diagnostic approach of functional medicine with the prescriptive capabilities of advanced practice nursing and physician oversight. Dr. Nilsson designs every protocol based on his 13+ years of functional medicine and blood chemistry analysis. Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, manages your medications and consultations directly, with Dr. Drayton, M.D., providing physician-level oversight. You get the rigor of a multi-disciplinary team focused entirely on your case.

Knowledge as Medicine
You will understand your blood work, your hormones, and your protocols. We walk you through every lab result, explain what each marker means, and show you why we chose your specific protocol. Our goal is to make you so informed about your own biology that you need us less over time. That is the opposite of how most clinics operate, and it is the whole point.

About Us
Our Team
Dr. Aren Nilsson was diagnosed with severely low testosterone at 19. Years later, peptide therapy saved his ability to practice as a chiropractor after bilateral knee ruptures. He built Delphi around the protocols that gave him his life back, because he wishes something like this had existed for him then.
As Founder and Clinical Director, he designs every protocol. Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, serves as our primary prescribing clinician. Dr. Ann Drayton, M.D., provides physician-level medical oversight with over 30 years of experience.

Your Path to Optimal Health
Discover
Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We listen to your symptoms, understand your goals, and determine if we are a good fit for each other. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about what you are dealing with and whether our approach makes sense for you.
Diagnose
We order full labs (typically 20+ markers, not just the basics) and schedule a 60-minute consultation with Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C. She reviews every result with you, explains what each marker means, and designs a protocol built specifically for your biology.
Heal
Your medications ship directly to your door from a licensed pharmacy. We monitor your progress with regular check-ins and follow-up labs, adjusting your protocol as your body responds. The goal is optimization, not just getting you into a reference range.
Free Guide
Getting labs does not mean getting answers.
Most standard panels miss the markers that explain why patients still feel terrible despite normal results. This guide covers the five tests we run that most doctors skip, and why each one matters.
Patient Stories
“My total testosterone was 210. My primary care doctor said it was 'within range.' Delphi ran a full panel, found my free T was essentially bottomed out, and started me on a protocol within two weeks. Four months in, the brain fog is gone, I have energy again, and I am sleeping through the night for the first time in years.”

What does untreated look like?
Low Testosterone
Left unchecked, low T is linked to insulin resistance, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, and significantly elevated all-cause mortality risk. It is not a quality-of-life issue only. It is a health issue.
Thyroid Dysfunction
Hashimoto's progresses. Untreated autoimmune thyroid disease accelerates tissue destruction over time. “Normal” TSH while the immune system attacks the gland is not a stable situation. It is a slow deterioration with a paper trail of “everything looks fine.”
Metabolic Dysfunction
Insulin resistance typically goes undetected for a decade before it becomes diabetes. By then, cardiovascular damage is already underway. The window for reversal is real, but it closes. The right labs run ten years earlier change the outcome completely.
This is not meant to frighten anyone. It is meant to give these symptoms the weight they deserve.
