How it works

How Delphi Works

A simple first path: fit, labs, consultation, then monitored care.

01

Discovery Call

We begin with what you are experiencing, what you want to change, and whether Delphi is the right fit. A free 30-minute conversation. No pressure. No pitch.

02

Advanced Intake and Labs

If it makes sense to move forward, we gather the information needed to see the broader picture. Your labs are reviewed in a dedicated consultation so the plan is built from your actual data.

03

Structured Ongoing Care

From there, care is monitored and adjusted as your body responds. Medications can ship to your door, follow-ups are structured, and your protocol evolves with your labs and goals.

Before You Book

The first decision should feel clear

01

Is this for me?

Delphi is for Georgia patients who want more than a quick prescription: hormones, thyroid, weight resistance, peptides, recovery, and long-range health interpreted as one system.

02

What happens first?

Start with a free discovery call. If there is a fit, the next step is a full intake, labs, and a clinical consultation before any protocol is built.

03

What does care cost?

Memberships begin at $295/month. Intake is separate and listed on the membership page.

What makes Delphi different

Most clinics treat the symptom in front of them. Delphi treats the system producing it.

That means broader lab work, better interpretation, and treatment built around the actual pattern. You should know what we found, why it matters, what we are doing first, and how we will monitor it.

How We Practice

The Delphi Difference

See the pattern. Treat the cause. Perform at a higher level.

01

Root-Cause Interpretation

Every protocol starts with a question: what is this body trying to tell us? Fatigue, brain fog, weight resistance, poor recovery, and loss of drive are rarely single-cause problems. They are signals from a system under strain. We read the full pattern, identify where the dysfunction originates, and treat with precision rather than suppression.

02

Collaborative Clinical Team

Dr. Nilsson shapes the broader treatment strategy and connects the clinical picture. Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, manages consultations, medications, and clinical follow-through. Dr. Ann Drayton, M.D., provides physician oversight with over 30 years of clinical experience, including an OB/GYN background that strengthens care for female patients. This structure provides more continuity, more interpretation, and a more deliberate level of care.

03

Knowledge as Medicine

You will understand your blood work, your hormones, and your protocols. We walk you through every lab result, explain what each marker means, and show you why we chose your specific protocol. The goal is to make you so informed about your own biology that you become an active partner in your own care.

A Better Model of Care

Care That Evolves With You

01

Restore

Rebuild the foundation. Hormones, thyroid, metabolism, weight resistance, recovery, and the physiology shaping how you feel day to day.

02

Optimize

Improve capacity. Better recovery, sharper output, stronger body composition, and more consistent performance.

03

Extend

Think further ahead. Protect resilience, clarity, metabolic function, and physical capability with a more advanced long-range strategy.

About Us

Our Team

Dr. Aren Nilsson was diagnosed with severely low testosterone at 19. Bilateral patellar tendon ruptures nearly ended his ability to practice as a chiropractor. Peptide therapy saved his career. After 13+ years of optimizing his own health and helping others do the same, he built Delphi to be the place people can go to get real answers and finally know themselves.

Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, spent years being told her labs were normal before discovering Hashimoto's thyroiditis and building her own protocol from scratch. Every member of this clinical team has been the patient first. That's not a talking point. It's why this practice exists.

The clinical team works collaboratively on every protocol. Kerrie serves as your primary prescribing clinician and day-to-day clinical contact. Dr. Ann Drayton, M.D., provides physician-level oversight with over 30 years of experience. You get a team, not a solo practitioner.

Architect Protocol

For a small subset of patients, Delphi offers a more integrated path. Architect Protocol brings medical strategy, body composition, performance planning, recovery, and long-range health design into one physician-informed system.

Free Guide

If your labs came back “normal” and you still feel terrible, this is why.

Most standard panels miss the markers that actually explain the picture: thyroid conversion, free testosterone, SHBG, cortisol, reverse T3. This guide covers the five tests we run that most doctors don't order, and why each one changes the answer. For men and women.
