Women's Health at Delphi
Your symptoms are real. Find what is driving them.
Perimenopause, menopause, thyroid dysfunction, and metabolic slowdown are not signs of aging you have to accept without investigation. They often have identifiable drivers. Delphi looks for the pattern and builds a plan around what your body is actually doing.

Most women who find us have already been told "everything looks normal."
You went to your doctor because something felt off. The fatigue was relentless. The weight crept on no matter what you did. Sleep became unreliable. Your mood shifted in ways you could not explain. Maybe your hair started thinning. Maybe your joints ached for no reason.
They ran a basic panel. Maybe TSH and a CBC. Everything came back “normal.” You were told it was stress. Or age. Or that you should try exercising more.
You were not given an answer because they were not asking the right questions. A standard panel checks the basics and calls it a day. It does not check estradiol, progesterone, Free T3, Reverse T3, DHEA-S, insulin, or inflammatory markers. It does not look at the full picture. And without the full picture, you cannot get a real diagnosis.
That is the problem. And that is exactly what we fix.
What We Treat
Services Built for Women's Biology
Every protocol is designed around female physiology, not adapted from a male template. We check the markers that matter for women and build treatment plans based on your specific labs.
Your Clinical Team
Led by Women Who Understand
Your care is led by clinicians who specialize in women's health and who understand what you are going through, not just clinically, but personally.

Medical Director
Dr. Ann Drayton, M.D.
Howard University College of Medicine, Class of 1993
Dr. Drayton brings over 33 years of clinical experience spanning OB/GYN, hormone replacement therapy, pain management, hospice, and general medicine. As Medical Director, she oversees every clinical protocol at Delphi Wellness.
A Howard University graduate, she has spent decades working with women who were dismissed by the conventional system. She understands the gap between what standard-of-care medicine offers women and what women actually need to feel well.
Her role ensures that every treatment plan you receive is grounded in decades of practical medical experience, evidence-based, and held to the highest standard of patient safety.
Primary Clinician
Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C
Certified Nurse Practitioner, 13+ Years Clinical Experience
Kerrie is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of clinical experience and a master's degree in nursing. Her focus is hormone optimization, medical weight management, and peptide therapy.
For Kerrie, this work is personal. She spent years battling severe fatigue, steady weight gain, and persistent joint pain before being diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Conventional treatment offered little real relief. A customized protocol of hormone replacement therapy and peptides changed everything: she lost 30 pounds, her energy came back, and her pain resolved completely.
She understands what it feels like when the system tells you everything looks normal and nothing actually changes. As your primary clinician, she conducts your consultations, manages your ongoing care, and works to find the actual source of your symptoms.

Dr. Aren Nilsson, D.C.
Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Nilsson founded Delphi Wellness and serves as Clinical Director. He analyzes complex blood panels, identifies patterns that conventional labs routinely miss, and designs every protocol in collaboration with Dr. Drayton and Kerrie. His focus is building the clinical roadmap behind your care.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is bioidentical hormone therapy safe?
The 2002 WHI study created widespread fear around HRT, but that study used synthetic hormones (Premarin and Provera), not bioidentical hormones. Decades of research since then have shown that bioidentical estradiol and progesterone have a significantly different risk profile. Dr. Drayton reviews every protocol to ensure your treatment is safe, evidence-based, and appropriate for your health history.
I have been told my labs are normal. Can you still help?
This is one of the most common things we hear. 'Normal' lab ranges are based on population averages that include people who are already sick. We use functional reference ranges based on peer-reviewed research to identify where you actually feel your best. A TSH of 4.0 might be 'normal,' but many women feel terrible at that level.
What happens during the free discovery call?
Your discovery call is a real conversation, not a sales pitch. We listen to your symptoms, review any labs you have, and determine whether our approach is the right fit. If it is, we outline next steps. If it is not, we tell you that too. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Do you treat women in perimenopause, or only menopause?
Both. Perimenopause can start in your late 30s and bring symptoms that are every bit as disruptive as menopause. Irregular cycles, mood swings, weight gain, sleep disruption, and brain fog are all common. We do not wait until you are postmenopausal to start addressing what is happening.
How is Delphi different from my OB/GYN or primary care?
Most conventional providers check a limited panel, compare results to broad reference ranges, and stop there. We run 20+ markers, read them against functional ranges, and build a protocol tailored to your specific biology. You also get a full clinical team: Dr. Drayton (M.D.), Kerrie Reynolds (NP-C), and Dr. Nilsson (D.C.) all working together on your case.
Is this covered by insurance?
Delphi Wellness is a membership-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. Many services may be HSA/FSA eligible depending on your plan rules. Our membership model gives us more time to understand your case instead of forcing care through a standard insurance template.
