Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Delphi Wellness website (delphiwellness.clinic) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Delphi Wellness is a DBA of Nilsson Wellness LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

Services

Delphi Wellness provides telehealth functional medicine services, including hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and longevity medicine. Our services are available to residents of the state of Georgia only.

Membership and Billing

Membership plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial commitment period, memberships continue month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees apply after the minimum commitment period. Annual prepaid memberships are refunded for unused months. Intake fees are credited toward the first month of membership if membership begins within 30 days.

Telehealth Consent

By using our telehealth services, you consent to receiving healthcare services via electronic communications, including video consultations and secure messaging. You understand that telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare using electronic communications and that there are risks and benefits associated with telehealth.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Nilsson Wellness LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Delphi Wellness and Nilsson Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
