Targeted recovery and repair tools, used selectively.
Peptides are part of Delphi's clinical toolkit. When used well, they support tissue repair, growth hormone signaling, recovery, and optimization. We prescribe them in context, under clinical supervision, from licensed compounding pharmacies.

What It Is
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that function as specific signaling molecules. They tell your cells to heal damaged tissue, reduce inflammation, release growth hormone, or support immune function. They work with your body's existing biology rather than overriding it.
Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, manages all peptide protocols under physician oversight. BPC-157 and TB-500 are used for tissue repair, joint health, gut healing, and reducing systemic inflammation. CJC-1295/Ipamorelin and Sermorelin stimulate natural growth hormone production, supporting deeper sleep, faster recovery, improved body composition, and better skin quality.
Dr. Nilsson's personal experience with peptide therapy is a core reason Delphi exists. After bilateral patellar tendon ruptures threatened his ability to practice, BPC-157 and TB-500 reduced his pain by roughly 80%. That firsthand understanding shapes every peptide protocol we design.
All peptides are sourced from licensed, FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies. Every batch undergoes third-party testing for purity, potency, and sterility. These are pharmaceutical-grade compounds prescribed through a licensed medical team, not grey-market research chemicals.
The regulatory landscape is shifting. As peptide classifications evolve, Delphi members have immediate access through our established pharmacy relationships. We handle the compliance so you never have to worry about sourcing or legality.

The Process
Consultation
We discuss your goals, health history, and determine which peptides may benefit you.
Lab Work (when indicated)
Some peptides require baseline labs (especially growth hormone peptides). We ensure safety and appropriateness.
Protocol Design
Our Nurse Practitioner creates a personalized peptide protocol with specific dosing, timing, and cycling recommendations.
Medication Delivery
Peptides ship directly from licensed compounding pharmacies. We provide injection training if needed.
Monitoring and Optimization
Regular check-ins assess progress and allow protocol adjustments for optimal results.
What Patients Experience
Common Questions
How are peptides administered?
Most peptides are administered via subcutaneous injection using a very small needle, similar to an insulin syringe. We provide thorough video training and walk you through your first injection. The vast majority of patients find it very manageable after the first or second time. Some peptides may also be available in oral or nasal forms depending on the compound.
How long until I see results?
This varies by peptide and goal. Healing peptides like BPC-157 often show noticeable improvement in pain, mobility, or tissue repair within 2-4 weeks. Growth hormone peptides like CJC-1295/Ipamorelin tend to improve sleep quality within the first few days, with body composition and recovery benefits developing over 4-8 weeks. Full optimization typically unfolds over 3-6 months of consistent use.
What are peptide credits?
Peptide credits are a monthly allowance included in your membership that covers the cost of your peptide medications. Tier 2 includes 200 credits per month (roughly $200 in value) and Tier 3 includes 400 credits per month. Different peptides have different credit costs based on their wholesale price. This system keeps your monthly cost predictable while giving you the flexibility to adjust your peptide protocol as needed.
Are there side effects?
Peptides are generally well-tolerated because they mimic molecules your body already produces. The most common side effect is mild irritation at the injection site, which typically resolves quickly. Growth hormone peptides may cause temporary water retention, increased hunger, or tingling in the hands during the first few weeks. We discuss all potential effects during your consultation and monitor closely.
Are peptides legal?
Yes. The peptides we prescribe are pharmaceutical-grade, made in the USA by licensed, FDA-regulated pharmacies and prescribed by our Nurse Practitioner under physician oversight. This is a legal, medically supervised process. We do not sell peptides directly. They are dispensed by the pharmacy just like any other prescription medication.
Can I combine peptides with hormone therapy or GLP-1 medication?
Absolutely, and many of our patients do. Peptide therapy pairs well with testosterone optimization, BHRT, thyroid management, and GLP-1 weight loss protocols. In fact, combining peptides with hormone optimization is one of the most effective approaches we offer. Your Nurse Practitioner will design a protocol that accounts for all of your medications and goals.
What is the difference between your peptides and research peptides?
Research peptides are typically manufactured overseas with minimal regulatory oversight. They are sold strictly for laboratory use, meaning they skip the rigorous testing required for human consumption. Our peptides are pharmaceutical-grade, made in the USA by licensed pharmacies. They undergo strict third-party testing for sterility, purity, and exact potency.
How do I know the peptides are safe?
Safety starts with sourcing and ends with medical oversight. We only use FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies. Every protocol is designed by our clinical team, and your prescriptions are reviewed and issued by our Nurse Practitioner, Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, under physician oversight. You are never left to guess your dosage or manage your care alone.
Can I just buy peptides online myself?
You can find "research chemicals" online, but buying them carries significant risk. You cannot verify their sterility, and you cannot be certain the vial contains what the label claims. Reconstituting and dosing these chemicals without medical guidance is dangerous. Delphi provides the legal, safe, and medically supervised alternative.
What happens when FDA regulations change?
The FDA frequently updates its guidelines, particularly regarding Category 2 peptides. Because we work directly with established US compounding pharmacies, we adapt immediately. As restricted peptides become legally compoundable again, our members are the first to get access. We handle the compliance so you never have to worry about the legality or availability of your care.

What We Prescribe
Our Peptide Therapies
Every peptide we offer is pharmaceutical-grade, made in the USA in a regulated 503A pharmacy, prescribed by a licensed provider, and backed by clinical evidence.
BPC-157
Body Protection Compound
A sequence of amino acids naturally found in your stomach. When introduced therapeutically, it signals your body to build new blood vessels around injured tissue, dramatically speeding up healing.
- Accelerates healing of tendons, ligaments, and muscles
- Reduces systemic inflammation
- Supports gut health and intestinal barrier repair
TB-500
Thymosin Beta-4
A protein fragment that controls how your cells build structure and move. We use it to repair damaged muscle fibers and calm systemic inflammation, especially when paired with BPC-157.
- Rapid muscle repair and recovery
- Promotes wound healing and tissue regeneration
- Decreases joint discomfort
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Growth Hormone Optimization
Instead of giving you synthetic growth hormone, this combination tells your own pituitary gland to start producing it again. It creates a natural pulse of growth hormone at night for better body composition and deep sleep.
- Deep, restorative sleep quality
- Improved body composition and fat loss
- Faster recovery from exercise
Sermorelin
Growth Hormone Secretagogue
One of our most trusted tools for restoring natural growth hormone production. We use it primarily to improve deep sleep quality, which is when your body repairs itself and fights the physical signs of aging.
- Enhances slow-wave, deep sleep
- Natural anti-aging and vitality support
- Gentle, steady improvement in daily energy
Semaglutide
GLP-1 Receptor Agonist
Works by mimicking a natural hormone that tells your brain you are full and satisfied. By quieting food noise and improving how your cells handle insulin, it makes sustainable weight loss much more manageable.
- Significant, sustainable weight loss
- Improved insulin sensitivity and metabolic markers
- Quiets food noise and cravings
Tirzepatide
Dual GLP-1/GIP Agonist
A newer, dual-action peptide that targets two different metabolic receptors at once. This provides effective appetite control while directly improving how your body metabolizes sugars and fats.
- Advanced weight management and fat loss
- Effective blood sugar regulation
- Often better tolerated with fewer GI side effects
