About Delphi
A clinical team built for patients who need deeper answers.
Delphi was built by clinicians who know what it feels like to be dismissed, under-evaluated, or told everything looks normal when life clearly does not feel normal. We built the practice we would have wanted at our own turning points.
Our model is simple. Read the full pattern, identify the root of the dysfunction, and build a plan with enough clinical judgment to actually change the trajectory. That means deeper labs, clearer explanations, better follow-through, and care that does not stall out at surface-level symptom relief.
The name Delphi points back to the phrase “Know Thyself.” That is not branding language to us. It is the operating idea. The more accurately you understand your hormones, thyroid, metabolism, recovery, and long-range risks, the better decisions you can make about your health.
Root-cause first
We investigate the whole pattern, not just the loudest symptom.

Our Founder
Dr. Aren Nilsson, D.C.
Dr. Nilsson is the visionary behind Delphi Wellness and serves as our Clinical Director. He is a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 13 years of experience in functional medicine, performance optimization, and blood chemistry analysis. He designs every protocol in collaboration with our clinical team.
At 19, Dr. Nilsson was diagnosed with severely low testosterone, testing at just 63 ng/dL when normal starts at 300. The brain fog, the fatigue, the feeling that something was fundamentally wrong but no one could explain why. Proper hormone therapy gave him his life back. He founded Delphi because he wishes something like this had existed for him then.
Years later, bilateral patellar tendon ruptures in both knees threatened to end his ability to practice as a chiropractor. Peptide therapy, specifically BPC-157 and TB-500, reduced his pain by roughly 80% and allowed him to continue doing what he loves. That firsthand experience with both hormone optimization and peptide therapy is why he built Delphi around these protocols. He has lived every service this clinic offers.
After a successful career in healthcare staffing and trading, he pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University, graduating Cum Laude.
Dr. Nilsson does not prescribe medications. He focuses entirely on analyzing complex health puzzles, designing clinical protocols, and building the systems that allow our medical team to deliver exceptional care.
There is a personal reason he built this practice. His mother, Lisa, lived for years with symptoms that were never properly investigated, never traced to a root cause, and never properly addressed. She died on New Years Eve 2012. If the kind of medicine we practice at Delphi had been available to her, the outcome might have been different. Every patient he helps carries meaning from that. It is not an abstraction. It is the reason this clinic exists.
Our Philosophy of Care
When the body sends signals, Delphi listens and investigates instead of suppressing them.
Root-Cause Over Symptom Management
In practice, root-cause medicine means we do not stop at your symptoms. If you come to us with fatigue, we do not just prescribe a stimulant. We run full labs to check your thyroid, hormones, metabolic markers, inflammatory indicators, and nutrient levels. We find out why you are fatigued, and we address that. The symptom resolves because the underlying problem is resolved.
Personalization Over Protocol
There is no cookie-cutter approach here. Your labs, your symptoms, your goals, your lifestyle, your history: these all factor into a treatment plan built for you alone. Two patients with similar symptoms may get completely different protocols because their labs tell different stories. We design your protocol from your data, not from a template.
Optimization Over 'Normal'
We use functional reference ranges based on peer-reviewed literature, not population averages that include chronically ill and elderly patients. A testosterone level of 350 ng/dL is technically 'normal,' but it is far from optimal for most men. A TSH of 4.0 is 'within range,' but many patients feel terrible at that level. We target where you function best, not where the average person falls.
Education Over Dependence
We walk you through every lab result. We explain what each marker means, why we chose your specific protocol, and what to watch for as your body responds. Our goal is to make you so informed about your own biology that you can make better decisions about your health for the rest of your life. That is the opposite of how most clinics operate, and it is the whole point.
The Team
Our Clinical Team
Our team operates as a true multi-disciplinary unit. Dr. Nilsson analyzes your labs and designs your clinical protocol. Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, conducts your consultations, manages your medications, and serves as your primary point of contact. Dr. Drayton, M.D., provides physician-level oversight with over 30 years of clinical experience. You get the benefit of three experienced clinicians working on your case.

Dr. Aren Nilsson, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic, Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Nilsson founded Delphi Wellness after spending years navigating the healthcare system as a patient himself. At 19, he was diagnosed with severely low testosterone and found almost no real answers in conventional medicine. Later, he suffered bilateral patellar tendon ruptures and rebuilt his health through functional protocols, including peptide therapy, that standard care never offered him. Those experiences shaped everything about how this practice was built. A Doctor of Chiropractic with over 13 years of experience in functional medicine and blood chemistry analysis, Dr. Nilsson serves as Clinical Director and designs every protocol in collaboration with our clinical team. He analyzes complex blood panels, identifies patterns that conventional labs routinely miss, and works alongside our medical team to build individualized strategies for each patient. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, he does not prescribe medications. His focus is finding the root of what you are experiencing and building the clinical roadmap that gets you back to feeling like yourself.

Dr. Ann Drayton, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Drayton brings over 30 years of clinical experience spanning hormone replacement therapy, pain management, OB/GYN, and general medicine. As Medical Director, she oversees all clinical protocols at Delphi Wellness, reviewing each treatment plan to ensure every patient receives care that is both effective and medically sound. A graduate of Howard University College of Medicine, Dr. Drayton has spent decades working with patients who were poorly served by conventional approaches. She understands the gap between standard-of-care medicine and what patients actually need to feel well, and she has built her career on closing it. Her role here is to ensure the clinical rigor behind every protocol this practice follows. She reviews and approves each treatment plan, and her presence means you can trust that what you receive at Delphi Wellness is grounded in decades of practical medical experience and held to the highest standard of patient safety.

Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C
Primary Clinician
Kerrie Reynolds, NP-C, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of clinical experience and a master's degree in nursing. Her clinical focus is hormone optimization, medical weight management, and peptide therapy. For Kerrie, this work is personal. She spent years battling severe fatigue, steady weight gain, and persistent joint pain before being diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Conventional treatment offered little real relief. In 2025, she started a customized protocol of hormone replacement therapy and peptides. She lost 30 pounds. Her energy came back. Her pain resolved completely. That experience changed how she practices medicine. Kerrie understands what it feels like when the system tells you everything looks normal and nothing actually changes. As your primary clinician at Delphi Wellness, she conducts your consultations, manages your ongoing care, and works to find the actual source of your symptoms, not just a way to quiet them.
Our Name
The name Delphi was not chosen at random. In ancient Greece, the Oracle at Delphi sat at the Temple of Apollo, god of healing and light. Apollo's son Asclepius became the god of medicine. The healing sanctuaries built in their names practiced something radical for the time: they treated each person as an individual. They combined practical care with deep investigation into what was actually going on inside the body.
That philosophy did not disappear. It just got buried under a system that rewards speed over depth and prescriptions over prevention. Dr. Aren Nilsson built Delphi Wellness to bring it back. Rooted in functional medicine and guided by the same principle that hung over the temple door, Know Thyself, this practice exists to help you understand your own biology and take real ownership of your health.
Our parent company, Pythia Holdings, is named after the Pythia, the priestess who served as the voice of the Oracle. She did not hand people easy answers. She gave them the insight they needed to make their own decisions. That is what good medicine should do too.
Beyond the Clinic

The philosophy behind Delphi Wellness started long before the practice itself. In 2024 and 2025, Dr. Nilsson traveled to the Dominican Republic and Haiti border with Mission Life International, providing hands-on chiropractic care to communities with no access to healthcare.
Treating patients under tarps, in school hallways, and on the side of the road confirmed something he already believed: the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal when you address the root cause. No fancy equipment required. Just knowledge, skilled hands, and the willingness to meet people where they are.
That same principle drives every protocol at Delphi Wellness today. Different setting, same conviction.

Root-cause care knows no borders.
