Men's Health at Delphi

The pattern behind declining performance usually has an answer.

Low testosterone, metabolic slowdown, chronic fatigue, and brain fog are not inevitable. They are signs that something in the system needs investigation. Delphi runs the full workup, finds the pattern, and builds a plan around what your body is actually doing.

30 minutes with Dr. Nilsson. Free. Clear next steps.

You have been told everything is fine. It is not.

You used to have energy. You used to recover. You used to sleep through the night and wake up ready to go. Now the alarm goes off and you are already behind. The workouts feel harder. The weight sticks. The focus is not there. Something shifted, and no amount of discipline is fixing it.

You went to your doctor. They ran a basic panel. Total testosterone came back at 380 and they said “normal.” They did not check Free T, SHBG, estradiol, thyroid, insulin, or inflammatory markers. They checked the minimum and called it a day.

You were not given an answer because they were not asking the right questions. A Total T of 380 might fall inside the reference range, but the reference range includes 80-year-olds. Functional is not the same as normal. And functional is what determines how you actually feel.

That is the problem. And that is exactly what we fix.

Dr. Aren Nilsson, D.C., Founder of Delphi Wellness

Why This Is Personal

“I was 19 with the testosterone of an 80-year-old.”

At 19, Dr. Nilsson was diagnosed with a total testosterone level of 63 ng/dL. The normal range starts at 264. He was experiencing crushing fatigue, brain fog, zero motivation, and symptoms that made daily life feel like he was moving through concrete.

Properly managed testosterone replacement changed everything. Energy came back. Focus sharpened. He went on to become President of Phi Beta Lambda at USF, earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree Cum Laude, and build the clinical foundation that became Delphi Wellness.

Years later, bilateral patellar tendon ruptures threatened his ability to practice. BPC-157 and TB-500 reduced his pain by roughly 80% and let him continue his career. He has lived every service this clinic offers.

That is why Delphi exists. Not because it looked like a good business. Because he knows what it feels like to be told nothing is wrong when everything is.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is TRT safe? Will it shut down my natural production?

Exogenous testosterone does suppress natural production, which is why proper monitoring matters. We track your labs every 90 days, manage estradiol conversion, monitor hematocrit and PSA, and adjust your protocol as needed. Properly managed TRT is well-studied and has been used safely for decades. We also discuss fertility preservation options if that is relevant to your situation.

I am in my 30s. Am I too young for this?

No. Testosterone levels have been declining across all age groups for decades. Environmental factors, sleep disruption, chronic stress, and metabolic dysfunction are driving levels down earlier than previous generations. If your labs show suboptimal levels and you have symptoms, age alone is not a reason to wait. Dr. Nilsson was 19 when he was diagnosed with severely low testosterone at 63 ng/dL.

My doctor says my testosterone is normal. Why do I still feel off?

Because 'normal' ranges are absurdly wide. A reference range of 264 to 916 ng/dL means a 70-year-old and a 25-year-old can both be called 'normal.' We use functional ranges based on peer-reviewed research and evaluate Free T, SHBG, and estradiol alongside Total T to get the full picture.

What happens during the free discovery call?

Your discovery call is a real conversation, not a sales pitch. We listen to your symptoms, review any labs you have, and determine whether our approach is the right fit. If it is, we outline next steps. If it is not, we tell you that too. No pressure. No obligation.

How is Delphi different from a testosterone clinic or online TRT mill?

Most TRT clinics hand you a standard dose and check a basic panel every few months. We run 20+ markers, use functional reference ranges, and build a complete protocol that addresses the root cause, not just your testosterone number. You get a full clinical team: Dr. Nilsson designs your protocol, Kerrie Reynolds NP-C manages your prescriptions, and Dr. Drayton M.D. provides medical oversight.

Is this covered by insurance?

Delphi Wellness is a membership-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. Many services may be HSA/FSA eligible depending on your plan rules. Our membership model gives us more time to understand your case instead of forcing care through a standard insurance template.
